Job Specification:

Supervise daily accounting operations, including sales invoicing, vendor bills, cash and bank transactions, trip settlements, and inter-branch accounting.

· Manage receivable collections by ensuring proper tracking, client follow-ups, and control over outstanding balances.

· Verify vendor bills, transporter payments, and authorize disbursements as per company policies and credit terms.

· Monitor and manage branch petty cash transactions, cash books, and bank reconciliations.

· Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly financial statements, P&L, branch-wise profitability, and operational MIS reports.

· Coordinate with transport, operation, and marketing teams to validate billing, trip expenses, and transporter claims.

· Oversee GST filings, TDS deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.

· Support statutory, internal, and external audits by providing necessary reports and documentation.

· Implement and monitor internal controls for cash handling, trip settlements, and fuel expense accounting.

· Maintain proper documentation for all financial records, invoices, bills, and statutory documents like LR, POD, and E-way bills.

· Lead and supervise the accounts team across branches, ensuring proper work allocation and timely reporting.

UCO (Used Cooking Oil) Collector

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned hotels, restaurants, food outlets, and industrial kitchens to collect used cooking oil as per schedule.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of used oil following safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily collections, quantity picked up, and customer details.
  • Check the quality (basic visual check) and quantity of UCO at the time of collection.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for daily route planning and scheduling.
  • Provide service reports, collection receipts, and feedback from clients.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with kitchen managers and establishment owners.
  • Report any customer issues, operational delays, or route challenges to the supervisor.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the collection vehicle (if company-provided).
  • Comply with all safety and hygiene protocols during the collection and transportation process.

Job Specification:
  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
  • 0-3 years of fieldwork or delivery/collection experience (preferably in waste collection, logistics, or FMCG delivery roles).
  • Must possess a valid driving license for two-wheeler / three-wheeler / commercial vehicle as per requirement.
  • Basic understanding of safe waste handling practices (training will be provided).
  • Physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork and travel.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Familiarity with the local area/route will be an added advantage.
